Commercial Fuel Management Programs

USA Fuel Service LLC provides a wide range of services to help you keep your generator, fleet, or tank farm operating. They begin with a basic onsite test and extend to a full management program. We are one of a very few companies that offers a program and guarantee that your fuel(s) will remain in a safe, usable condition 24/7/365 or your corrective service is free.

We have three programs available that can provide a number of services including, onsite testing for water, sludge, cetane, opacity exhaust levels, fuel additive services, tank cleaning and fuel polishing. We also offer a full range of fuel testing by certified independent labs.

Level #1 annual program;

  • Take fuel sample(s) and visually inspect for water, sludge and microbes.(Algae)
  • Provide fuel samples, photos and written reports to certify our findings.
  • Suggest further corrective action if needed.

This level is usually provided as initial evaluation with a new client or as a minimal annual follow-up after we have cleaned and polished the tank/fuel. It is a low cost program that establishes basic fuel quality.

Level #2 semi-annual program;

  • Take fuel sample(s) from tank(s) and visually inspect for water, sludge and microbes. (Algae)
  • Treat the fuel with a stabilizer, lubricant, combustion enhancer, water dispersant and biocide.
  • Provide fuel samples, photos and written reports to certify our findings.
  • One initial tank/fuel cleaning and polishing and every 2-years thereafter..
  • Suggest further corrective action if needed.

This level typically serves the needs of mid-level clients including delivery fleet fuel tanks, generators for condos, food stores, and public and municipal office buildings.  It provides confidence your fuel/tank is in good condition and maintained at a higher level that assures superior fuel reliability.

Level #3 quarterly program;

  • Take fuel sample(s) from tank(s) and visually inspect for water, sludge and microbes. (Algae)
  • Onsite test for test for water content, acid and cetane level.
  • Treat the fuel with a stabilizer, lubricant, combustion enhancer, water dispersant and biocide.
  • Take fuel sample(s) annually to send to independent lab for complete analysis.
  • One initial tank/fuel cleaning and polishing and annually thereafter.
  • Provide fuel samples, photos and written reports to certify our findings.
  • Suggest further corrective action if needed.

Level three is for clients that must have 100% fuel reliability 24/7/365. Our clients are typically critical care, communications and/or delivery services.
